Abstract
This Regulation provides for the complete criteria and procedure for determining the maritime boundaries, the port area of special-purpose, port and harbor areas of ports open to the public, a way of making the proposal limits, cost allocation plans establishing the boundaries and composition of the county commission for the border designation.
