Abstract
This Regulation provides full standards and criteria that correctly defines which activities can obtain a concession permit, requirements and necessary procedure for granting the concession, other important issues related to the process of grating the maritime concession.
For each municipality with a maritime domain, or where a maritime domain is located, a Council for granting the concession agreement will be established.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
