Regulation on the Procedure for Granting Concessions on Maritime Property.

This Regulation provides all necessary standards and rules for the procedure of granting concessions on maritime property for the purpose of commercial use and special use, the procedure for granting concessions in the ports open to the public, the criteria for determining the amount of concession fees, as well as criteria for the evaluation of submitted requests.
The concessions on maritime property is provided pursuant to the Law on maritime domain and seaports (Official Gazette 158/03), location permit, or the physical planning documents and this Regulation.
