Abstract
This Regulation prescribes full standards and conditions to be observed by a legal entity in the production and sale of semen, ova and embryos (genetic material), the conditions which must be satisfied by the genetic material that could be introduced or placed on the market, and the manner of marking and labelling of seeds and embryos.
The production of genetic material is a protected activity aimed to be performed by artificial insemination centers present on the Croatian territory.
