Regulation on the professional training of authorized persons.

This Regulation prescribes the terms, conditions and contents of the official programme of professional training of authorized persons for the inspection and direct control of marine fisheries.
The aim of the vocational training object of this text is to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for independent implementation of the following fisheries related activities: inspection at sea of fishing vessels and persons; inspection at markets and fisheries product market facilities; inspection of transport equipment involved in the marketing of fishery products.
The programme of professional training of authorized persons for inspection and direct control of fishing vessels and persons engaged in fishing at sea consists of three implementation plans under the same programme, implementation plan A, implementation plan B and implementation plan C.The Ministry's fishery inspectors are authorized to implement a vocational training program.
