Abstract
This Regulation prescribes certain rules and standards aimed to protect and to prevent the introduction of classical swine fever (infectious disease) by prohibiting the importation into the Croatian Republic and the transit through its territory of domestic and wild pigs and products derived from certain regions of the Czech Republic.
The prohibition also applies to shipments of live and wild pigs originating from other countries if they are transported through the territory of the Czech Republic (regions Breclav, Kromeriz, Proatejov, Vyakov, Hodonin, Uherske Hradiste, Zlin, Vsetin and Prerov).
