Abstract
This Regulation defines the concrete competent authority and duties of the competent authority for the implementation on the territory of the Croatian Republic of Commission Regulation (EC) no. 1602/2002 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Directive 1999/105/EC as regards the approval of the Member State to prohibit the marketing of specified forest reproductive material to the end user (OJ L 242, 10 9th 2002).
