Abstract
This Regulation in order to offer protection of human health, prohibits the manufacture of meat products intended for public consumption in the domestic and foreign markets if used: the brain, spinal cord, eyes, thymus gland, spleen, intestine and visible lymph and nerve tissue of ruminants and mechanically deboned meat of ruminants if the spine before deboning was not removed in the proper manner.
