Abstract
This Regulation lays down the rules and determines the conditions of and manner for conducting public intervention and aids for private storage in the beef sector with the aim of maintaining stable market relations.
The decision on conducting public intervention and aid for private storage in the beef sector shall be brought by the Government of the Republic of Croatia at the proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development, in case of a drop of the average market price in relation to the intervention price or the reference price.
Public intervention in the beef sector shall be a measure of buying-in and selling of certain quantities of beef with a view of stabilising the beef market.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
