Regulation on the ranking list of participants in small-scale coastal fishing.

This Regulation determines: the updated ranking list of participants in small-scale coastal fishing determined by applying the criteria for filling vacancies as defined in article 8 (paragraphs 3, 4 and 5) of the Regulation on small-scale coastal fishing (Official Gazette 17/18); the updated ranking list of applicants who have met the criteria of the previous legislation as specified in article I, but with exceptions in terms of current legislation obligations; the updated list of participants in small-scale coastal fishing who have been issued a privilege or who have submitted a request for the issuance of a privilege on the basis of the old Regulation on small-scale coastal fishing (Official Gazette 29/14).
