Abstract
This Regulation determines the conditions, criteria and manner of recognition of producer organizations in fisheries and aquaculture, associations of producer organizations and inter-professional organizations and the basic principles of association and operation of such organizations. This text also transposes specific requirements contained in European Union legislative documents as listed in article 1 (paragraph 2). The Annex is also part of this publication (set of request forms and reporting sheets documents).
