Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and requirements for the correct marking of the maritime domain on the territory of the Croatian Republic, with all related rules for the inspection and certification of the maritime domain, and the implementation of the records into the cadastre and land registry.
Related geodetic studies, for the purpose of recording and marking of the maritime domain, are made in order to determine the limits of the maritime domain.
