Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the content and manner of keeping records of water quantities that were affected and drained or caught by legal and natural persons on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
The taxpayer is aimed to register and keep the necessary records related to the quantities of water affected or abstracted by him or his legal entity or organization.
"Croatian Waters" (competent national authority) may, at the request of the taxpayer, if the conditions and special circumstances are permitting it, determine that the installation of the measuring device is not required or necessary.
