Abstract
This Regulation defines the necessary conditions for the mandatory registration (and other related changes) in the Register of suppliers of Christmas trees (dealers/suppliers authorized on the territory of the Republic of Croatia).
This Regulation also determines that the supplier is a legal or natural person who is engaged in at least one of the following activities: production, marketing and import of Christmas trees or coniferous trees.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
