Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions that legal and natural persons must meet in order to enter the Register of Christmas tree suppliers, the content, form and manner of keeping the Register, as well as the application form and documentation that must be attached to the application. Christmas trees are conifer trees, with or without roots, which are not for use in forestry and can be placed on the market between 1 November and 7 January. The right to be entered in the Register has a natural and legal person with residence/headquarters in the territory of the European Union whose land is located in the territory of the Republic of Croatia. Set of indicated administrative forms is given in the Annex of this text.
