Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the content, form and manner of managing, using and keeping of the Croatian unified private forest ownership Register (a system of documentation and data).
This text also sets the necessary registration process, defines all possible changes, and provides for the new appearance, form, content and manner of private forest holder's identity card.
The right to enroll in the Register is granted to all natural or legal persons domiciled or resident on the territory of the European Union. This Register must contain the information listed in article 5.
The Annex is an integrated part of this publication (administrative forms; official ownership cards; census of documentation for application).
