Regulation on reporting animal diseases.

This Regulation here determines the method of monitoring, informing and reporting, including communication between all relevant authorities about the occurrence of animal diseases. The relevant bodies involved in the implementation of these provisions are as follows: Ministry of Agriculture, bodies responsible for human health, bodies responsible for nature protection, subjects, veterinarians, authorized veterinarians, State Inspectorate, official and national reference laboratories and other relevant legal and natural persons. Basic procedure for reporting suspected disease in kept animals are laid down in article 3. Procedure for reporting suspected disease in wild animals is defined in article 4. Procedure in case of official confirmation of disease in kept animals is prescribed in article 5.
