Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the amount of support, the manner and the conditions for exercising the right to obtain insurance against damage in agriculture, forestry and fisheries.
The right to obtain the insurance support shall be achieved by legal and natural persons who insured their production against damage.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
