Abstract
This Regulation prescribes safety measures in the contained use of genetically modified organisms, with respect to the level of danger, how to handle GMO's and other conditions for the contained use of GMOs.
Any person who is in direct contact with the GMO must take security measures to protect human health, environmental and/or biodiversity.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
