Abstract
This Regulation here determines the spatial and temporal limitation of commercial fishing at sea with the use of bottom trawl nets during the year 2024. Vessels fishing with bottom trawls shall be prohibited from fishing in fishing zones C, D and E in the period from 15 September 2024 until 14 October 2024. In fishing zone E, fishing with bottom trawls shall be permitted in: a. part of subzone E1 north of the junction: Cape Grota on the island of Cres-Cape Pelova on the island of Krk; b. subzone E2. A map of the area covered by the spatial and temporal restriction is contained in Annex 1m which is an integral part of this text.
