Abstract
This Regulation here determines specific spatial and temporal restrictions for the performance of commercial fishing at sea, here related to the performance of fishing activities with the use of demersal trawl fishing method/gear. This text sets this kind of fishing ban for the year 2020 and in accordance with provisions of the national Law on marine fisheries.
Article 2 lists specific bans, exceptions, divided and classified in different spatial zones of the Croatian marine fishing area (see map part of the Annex of this publication). Article 3 sets out the list of national legislation that is not affected by bans and restrictions here established.
