Abstract
This Regulation establishes the specific requirements that must be met by legal persons for services of particular importance for water management sector.
This Regulation also includes: project documentation for water management facilities and water systems; requirements for technical and economic maintenance of water resources; regulatory bodies and administrative procedures; water structures standards and official equipment allowed; technical and economic maintenance of the protection systems for irrigation and drainage; technical work needed for flood control and other forms of protection from the harmful effects of water; defining watercourses and other water monitoring issues (control works); and handling and managing with irrigation systems.
