Abstract
This Regulation stipulates the special requirements to be met by legal persons that perform water supply activities as their business, which represents a group of activities with particular importance for water management sector on the Croatian territory.
Water supply involves the abstraction and pumping of surface and groundwater for drinking and other needs and the treatment of the abstracted water to the level of adequate health standards, transportation to the point of consumption and distribution to final or mid users.
Special requirements shall involve: minimal technical equipment, employee professional qualifications, commitment to continuous operation and taking contingency measures.
