Abstract
This Regulation, for the purpose of protection of fishes and other marine organisms, determines the areas and parts of the fishing sea that shall be designated as special habitats of fish and other marine organisms.
This Regulation further sets out specific fishing rules as regards the designated areas as follows: Velebit Channel, Novigrad and Karin Sea, Prokljan Lake, and Gulf of Marina and the Neretva Canal, all located on the territory of the Republic of Croatia and its sea,
Special habitats object of this text, are parts of the fishing sea that cover the estuary of rivers, bays, gulfs and channels, in which there are suitable conditions for the development of fish and other marine organisms, and which are their spawning grounds, feeding grounds, habitats or shelters.
