Regulation on sport and recreational fisheries.

This Regulation sets the rules and requirements as regards the records of sold permits; contents of the license agreement; ways of reporting on the sale of permits; types of permits; prices of individual license categories; permissible fishing gear, their quantity and characteristics; size of the fish and other marine organisms under which they must not be caught, collected, retained on board and unloaded; and marking catches (all related to the sport/sporting and recreational fishing on the territory of the Croatia sea/marine domain).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
