Regulation on the State plan for flood control.

This Regulation prescribes the National plan for flood protection, including: the list of areas, sectors, sections of watercourses and flood buildings that are already under protection according to this Regulation; sections with ice on the rivers; water levels at which the particular area begins with regular or emergency flood defense; criteria for individual beginning of the defense; legal and natural persons who are required to carry flood protection or defense of the ice streams; all necessary measures to be taken before, during and after the flood (or other relate natural disaster); duties, responsibilities and powers of the competent authorities; the communication system; the data collection and the way of distributing of information about developments and measures during the flood and ice streams.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
