Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary rules and standards aimed to correctly define the methods and mandatory safety procedures regarding the conditions for storage and transport of hazardous chemicals that act as gas on the territory of the Croatian Republic, also including authorizations and permits, administrative provisions, technical and other requirements.
Dangerous chemicals which acts as gas means any solid, liquid, gaseous or liquefied chemical that can pass into the gaseous state, as a result of damage to the container, heat exposure and/or similar or related, or arising from the chemical reaction of two or more chemicals and is necessarily classified as hazardous chemical substance.
