This Regulation governs the method and procedures for supervision of transboundary movements of waste on border crossings, border crossings open for transboundary movements of waste and authorities of environmental inspectors in the area of transboundary movements of waste.
Transboundary movement of waste encompasses import, export and transit of waste in the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
