Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions and manner of implementation of measures for the organization of the market in fruit and vegetable sector, and refers to the system of special help in the form of direct aid to the producer organizations and support the financing of their operational funds and operational programs.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 8 paragraphs 1, 2 and 3, article 15 paragraph 4 subparagraphs (a), (b), (d) and (h), articles 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47 paragraphs 1, 2, 4 and 5, article 48 and 49 which shall enter into force on the day of Croatian accession to the European Union.
