Regulation on taking professional exams in mining.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Mining Law, determines the contents and application procedure for candidates that are takin professional exam in mining, documentation accompanying the application of candidates, conditions for taking such professional examination in mining, among procedures for applying; establishment and working method of the Examination Committee; costs of the professional exam in mining, certificate of passed professional exam in mining, records of passed professional exams in mining, rights acquired by graduated mining engineers with a passed professional exam in mining, rights acquired by mining technicians who have passed a professional exam in mining, jobs with special authorizations and responsibilities in mining for which a professional exam in mining is not required, jobs with special authorizations and responsibilities in mining for which a certificate must be obtained.
