Regulation on technical and legal requirements for the construction and maintenance of drainage water works.

This Regulation specifies technical and financial conditions for the construction and maintenance of drainage systems. The text is divided into 3 Parts. Part 1 sets out general conditions. Part 2 specifies technical and financial conditions for the construction of drainage systems. In particular, it sets out provisions on financing procedures, land consolidation necessary to optimise the construction of drainage systems, construction by private owners. Part 3 concerns the maintenance of drainage systems and establishes a water control authority ("Croatian Waters"). The specific standards of these technical and financial requirements are set out in annex 1.
