Abstract
This Regulation specifies the technical, economic and other conditions for arranging the necessary melioration system and basis for technical and economic maintenance of the system on the Croatian territory.
Planning and general strategy related to the melioration system pursuant to this Regulation, shall be deemed as construction and technical and economic maintenance of water projects in the melioration system.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
