Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the procedures and conditions for the issuance of export, import, and/or introduction from the sea (ncluding the certificate for re-export) of wild species, also establishing the official list of taxes and costs, certificates related provisions, all provided in order to prescribe the content and manner for submission of import notification, general and specific restrictions on imports, marking of animals or shipments, the method of disposal of confiscated specimens, the body responsible for implementation and monitoring, record keeping, reporting and other conditions required for transboundary movements of wild species under the Convention on international Trade in Endangered species of Wild fauna and flora, on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
