Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions and manner of trees marking, the contents of the accompanying consignment note, the characteristics of forest products including issues on their shipment, transport and storage, as well as logging time and related forest order.
Remittance period is set out in article 6; tree or timber markings are defined in article 7; articles 18-22 are setting wood variety labelling rules; articles 28 and 29 are providing rules as regards the private forests and private forestry works in relation to actions object of this text.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 21 (paragraph 4) which shall enter into force on 1 July 2021.
