Regulation on the Unified Information System of mineral raw materials.

This Regulation determines the structure and method of managing of the Unified Information System of mineral raw materials, among related data sets and registers that are meant for mining sector. The Ministry responsible for mining (hereinafter: the Ministry) for all mineral raw materials from Article 5 of the Law on Mining (except for hydrocarbons and geothermal waters for energy purposes) manages: 1. Unique information system of mineral raw materials; 2. The collection of documents of exploration areas of mineral raw materials; 3. The collection of documents of exploitation fields of mineral raw materials; 4. Collection of studies on reserves of mineral raw materials; 5. Collection of mining projects.
