Abstract
This Regulation prescribes standards for the provenance of forest tree species of economic importance and rare forest species.
The provenance, in terms of this Regulation, denotes locality or group of localities with very similar environmental conditions in which the seed sources and seed stands showing similar phenotypic or genotypic characteristics, taking into account the height limit, where possible.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
