16/2023. (IV. 19.) Decree on certain issues related to the use of the basic income support that promotes sustainability financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund, the related temporary national support, and the supplementary income support that promotes sustainability and can be provided through reallocation.

This Decree sets necessary issues regarding the possible use of basic income support that promotes sustainability which is financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund, including co-relations with related temporary national support, and the supplementary income support that promotes sustainability and can be provided through reallocation. The source of the support is the financial framework of the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund determined by the European Commission. The decision that shall be made for applicant subject of basic income support contains: a) the size of the area requested in the application for basic income support; b) the size of the eligible area established on the basis of inspections; c) the subsidy amount due to the agricultural producer; d) the possibly applied legal consequences. Additional conditions applicable in the case of hemp cultivation, support for fattening bulls, milk subsidy, cow and cattle farming, are also subject of this text.
