2020 XL. Law on the settlement of the ownership rights of plots of land subject to the right of land use of the producer cooperative and on the amendment of some laws relating to land affairs.

This Law regulates the settlement of ownership rights of land plots that are subject to the right of land use as for producer cooperatives, and amends certain land affairs related national legislation as specified in the text. The parcel of land for which, according to the real estate register, a producer cooperative land use right is registered - regardless of whether it is registered under Act I of 1992 on cooperatives and Act II of 1992 on the transitional rules, shall be treated in accordance with this Law, which land fund was designated or was not designated in any land fund -, on January 1, 2021, by virtue of the law, it will become the property of the state and the National Land Fund, except for the parcels of land specified in paragraph 2 of article 1 of this Law. On the parcel of land owned by the state, the management right registered in the real estate registry in favor of the state economy shall also be terminated by virtue of this Law. The Government is authorized to establish in a decree the rules for compensating owners in connection with the transfer of real estate under the right of land use (form producer cooperative to the state).
