92/2023. (III. 29.) Government Decree CLXVIII of 2011 on the management of weather and other natural risks affecting agricultural production on the different application of the Act during a state of emergency.

The scope of this Government Decree, as in relation with the legislation listed in articles 1 and 2 of this text, is regarding those agricultural producer which have received partial compensation of the additional payment by the deadline specified in the ministerial Decree on the rules for the operation of the agricultural crisis insurance system at the invitation of the crisis insurance body. The crisis insurance body issues the decision on the determination of the supplementary payment to those agricultural producers who have undertaken to fulfill it. If the amount of additional compensation determined for the agricultural producer is less than the amount of the additional payment, the crisis insurance body determines the amount of additional compensation in the amount of the additional payment. The amount of the additional compensation for the given year may not exceed twenty times the payments of the agricultural producer for the given year.
