Abstract
These rules form part of the privatization programme of State-owned lands and aim to restore (at least partially) landownership as it was before nationalization. Rules regarding land redistribution commissions (in Article 4(1) of Law No. IL of 1992, on certain questions pertaining to investment compensation coupons in arable landownership) are to be applied in accordance with the rules of this Law. Articles 2-4 deal with the administration of land assignment commissions, elected by general meeting of former members of the cooperative with shares in the cooperative's land (proportional land proprietors). The Commissions act in proceedings regarding arable land destined for subdivision among applicants. In Articles 5-7, rules on land assignment and rules of priority of distribution are set forth. Article 8 deals with the distribution of land around isolated farms where the farmer is a proportional land proprietor. In Article 9, rules on the location of plots of proportional landed property are provided for. Financial encumbrances on plots of land are regulated in Article 10. Rules regarding the decisions of land assignment commissions are comprised in Article 11. Other duties of these commissions are laid out in Article 12 (duties regarding the reconstruction of accommodation roads between plots).
