Agreement between the Government of Hungary and the Government of the Federal Republic of Brazil concerning the cooperation in the field of phytosanitary quarantine and plant protection, signed on 10 November 1999, in Brasilia.

This Decree publishes the Agreement between the Government of Hungary and the Government of the Federal Republic of Brazil in the field of plant protection cooperation. The purpose of this Agreement is to facilitate and develop trade in agricultural products between the Parties, prevent introduction and exportation of plant pests. Articles of the Agreement cover preventive measures, trading requirements, knowledge exchange. This Agreement is stipulated for 5 years and it shall be considered renewed if none of the Parties give notice of abrogation 6 months earlier of its expiry date. The original of this Agreement is done in Hungarian, Portugal and English.
