This Decree publishes the Agreement between the Government of Hungary and the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of promotion of interregional cooperation. This is a framework agreement aiming to the development of cooperation among various regions of the two countries in the field of trade, economy, science and technology, social, cultural, etnocultural and humanitarian issues, and also in the field of education, health, information technology, energy, and the agrarian industry as well.
