Agreement on cooperation in the field of plant quarantine and plant protection between Hungary and Albania.

The objective of the Agreement is to improve cooperation in the fields of plant quarantine and plant protection; to prevent the introduction and propagation of quarantine pests, insects and weeds in the territories of the Parties; to promote bilateral trade in plants and plant products. The Agreement contains provisions regarding phytosanitary certificates and packaging as well. Quarantine pests, insects and weeds are listed in the Annex of the Agreement which may be amended upon agreement between the competent authorities of the Parties.
