Agreement (No.9 of 2000) between Hungary and Romania on environmental protection cooperation.

This Agreement determines the framework and modalities of cooperation between the Parties in the field of environmental protection, conservation of the nature and biodiversity, sustainable use of natural resources and the conservation of climatic balance. This Agreement establishes a Mixed Committee for the implementation of the obligations contained in the Agreement.
