Abstract
The purpose of this Agreement is the establishment of technical cooperation between veterinary authorities of the Parties, the improvement of exchange of information, technology and legal rules regarding animal health, and the encouragement of mutual exchange of professional knowledge and the easier trade in animal, animal products and by-products.
