Decree 50 of 2012 (XII. 10.) VM of the Minsitry of Rural Development implementing the school fruit scheme.

This Decree in line with EU norms, foresees a contribution to be granted to elementary schools for the distribution of fresh fruit and vegetables. The list of products that can be offered to students is shown in Annex 1. Further provisions rule the application procedure for contribution and contracting between providers and school management, maximize purchase prices, and foresee a monitoring system.
