Abstract
This Decree, based on the provisions of the Law on gene technology activities, determines the documentation to be attached to the application for an authorization for a genetic engineering activity. The application for a genetic engineering license is aimed for (a) establishing the genetic engineering facility, (b) genetically modifying natural organisms, (c) users of genetically modified organisms in a closed system, (d) genetically modified organisms and their products in the free environment issuing, (e) procedures necessary for placing on the market of genetically modified organisms and products derived therefrom.
