Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development establishes the requirements for the maintenance of the "Good Agricultural and Environmental Condition" for the application of single area payments and certain rural development subsidies and the conversion rate of animals to livestock units. The purpose of this Regulation is that the minimum management and environmental requirements required by the European Union general acts of direct application for the application of the Good Agricultural and Environmental Condition required for the use of the aids covered by the cross-compliance system. and by identifying cases of non-compliance with these requirements, to ensure good agricultural and ecological status of agricultural land and to determine the conversion rates of animals to livestock units. The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to the following subsidies: a) European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and support for vineyard restructuring and conversion; b) European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) for the source of the 2007-2013 programming period, the following grants provided under Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005: (ba) aid for afforestation of agricultural land; (bb) agri-environmental support; (bc) aid for forest-environment measures; (bd) compensatory aid for farming in less-favored areas; (be) compensatory aid for the management of Natura 2000 grasslands; (bf) compensatory aid for the management of Natura 2000 forest areas; (bg) aid for the conservation of protected native and endangered livestock species in breeding; (bh) aid for the conservation of plant genetic resources (bi) support for the conservation of animal genetic resources; (bj) aid for animal welfare measures accompanying the restructuring of the dairy sector.
