Abstract
The provisions of this Decree shall be observed during the performance of technical works related to the protection against damages caused by water. Entities obliged to protect against flood and siltation must work out flood and siltation control plans. Emergency levels and relative duties for flood and siltation are determined respectively in Chapter II and Chapter III.
