Abstract
This Decree applies to water facilities and water works connected to water extraction, recharge, augmentation and monitoring of underground waters, with special regard to their planning, construction, operation and closure, and to the rights and obligations linked to material activity and affecting the planner, builder, contractor and the construction supervisor. Besides provisions regulating planning and construction, this Decree foresees reporting and documentation obligation with regard to the constructed installation and the rules of operation. Special provisions for the exploitation of thermal waters and geothermal energy are contained in Articles 10-12.
